SKILLED NURSES

The administrative team of skilled nursing department is dedicated to train and educate nurses to become safe and competent home care practitioners.

• We welcome new grads as well as experienced nurses from all areas of practice.

• We offer a variety of courses in Adult and Pediatric nursing.

• In addition, individual Orientation and Preceptorship is provided to every field nurse, directly in the patient's home.

• Highly experienced members of the skilled nursing management team are available 24 / 7 to offer support and guidance to all field nurses.

Aides are offered supplementary education at the Confident Care Corp. offices on a monthly basis (at the nearest location). Topics for these ongoing programs include:

• Transfer Techniques

• Prevention of Falls

• Comforting the Dying Patient and other subjects of interest to the aides and their role with the patients.
