We provide personal care for our clients in their homes. We assist clients with the activity of daily living as well as with the care of their homes. We make sure that our clients have a safe home life with comfort, safety and dignity.

Certified Home Health Aide Scope of Services:

• Bathing (tub, shower, sponge bath, bed bath)
• Grooming (wash and brush hair, file nails, shave)
• Mouth Care (teeth, mouth, dentures)
• Dressing (upper and lower body, undergarments, socks, stockings, shoes)
• Skin Care (apply lotion, light back rub, observe condition of skin)
• Toileting (toilet, commode, bed pan, urinal, diaper, colostomy, catheter)
• Help with Transfer (bed, chair, toilet, wheel chair, Hoyer Lift, pivot, guard, assist)
• Assist with Walking (person assist, guard, walker, cane, wheel chair)
• Perform exercise as prescribed (Passive and Active Range of Motion)
• Food Shopping
• Meal preparation (follow medically prescribed diet, assist and supervise during meal as necessary)
• Medications (remind, assist, open bottles)
• Companionship, emotional support, encourage conversation, reality orientation
• Light housekeeping (clean bedroom, bathroom and kitchen after client's use)
• Make bed, change and launder linens
• Do laundry (for client only)
• Shopping (food and other items)
• Accompany to beauty parlor
